I was talking to my friend earlier today about the Languages of Middle-Earth and about Elvish, Dwarvish, Entish, Black Speech and the tongue of men. This brought me to thinking, Did the Men of Khand, Umbar and Rhun(and other places inhabited by corrupt men) share a tongue like say, the elves? was there a certain tongue the Haradrim could speak if they wished not to reveal their plans to say and Elf, dwarf, man ,ent or orc? something which would be theirs alone? i know i should really finish reading all of the books first but i felt you guys would know best so can someone help?

Even Helge Fauskanger has little to report. Gandalf said that his name in the south was Incánus, a Haradrim word meaning ‘North-Spy’. Even so, Tolkien speculated if the word did not have Quenya origin (‘Mind-Leader’). Fauskanger also mention that Tolkien (in HoME 12: Peoples of Middle-earth) stated that the names of ‘Khand’ and ‘Variag’ was from “the speech of Men of the East and allies of Sauron”. One Khandian word is ‘műmak’ (elephant); the plural ‘műmakil’ might indicate a relation to Dunlendish (or was possibly borrowed from Elvish).

Ardalambion is here.

The men of the south shall have had their own languages, no doubt. But a few words, who Kirinki gives, are not more known in the books of Tolkien. Most of the elves, so far I know, understood only Sindarin in ME and a few well-travelled also the language from Numenor. From Harad, perhaps, but unlikely so....

Lady Aikari:The men of the South had their own languages but I believe that it was very different than the one the Easterlings had.Maybe they took some words from Quenya or they have changed them a bit but they had formed a language that they considered theirs I think.

Well i believe they so\poke the Westron tounge, like all races of middle earth, but I believe they had Haradrim tounges that were spoken but the Corsairs of Umbar, and then other lands i believe they had their own varriations of tounges similar, like they spurred off of the original Westron tounge.
