Did Melkor have any Maiar before he became Morgoth and destryed the two trees?
If so who?
What made Sauron turn against the others?

Yes.
For he was alone, without friend or companion, and he had as yet but small following; since of those that had attuned their music to his in the beginning not all had been willing to go down with him into the World, and few that had come would yet endure his servitude.
-HoME X: Morgoth’s Ring, The Ainulindale, §24

That was when he first entered the World. And he only gained more servants from there on. The spirits of fire who were later to be called Balrogs were with him before his corruption, and Sauron was his spy before the Lamps were destroyed, for reasons given in the following quote. And he had countless Maiar servants whose names we do not know.

It was the apparent will and power of Melkor to effect his designs quickly and masterfully that had first attracted Sauron to him.
