February 3rd- The Pubs return to Imladris!!! After a long and painful absence, the loved pubs are once again opened by Arlo. The Pub Operators are Arlo, Lae, Cara, Fir and Lady Shadowdawn, who will oversee that each pub is perfect and without any rulebreaking.

February 5th - Cara opens the Writer's Guild as Guildmistress for the last time, though there is no sign that she will soon be resigning.

February 6th - Aduchil opens The Organisation of the Contests, which will help to organise the festival of contests to be held in Rivendell on 27 March 2004. The contests include a writing contest, a battle contest, a bard's contest and numerous others.

February 8th - The Rivendell finalists for Middle Earth Idol are announced (and ten lucky people move on in the competition), and the first challenge is opened, after which only seven Rivendell Elves will continue on in their quest to be Middle Earth Idol.

February 9th - Pint O Veleth-Tales of Love is opened. This thread allows people from all over Middle Earth to share in their tales of love, whether tragic romances like Beren and Luthien, or comedic episodes these tales are here to delight all

February 14th- The Elves of Rivendell are paid a kindly visit by the Hobbits of the Shire who deliver messages of love and happiness to elves from other elves--needless to say, it was a welcome surprise for many elves.

February 20th -The second challenge of ME Idol is announced. The surviving Rivendell participants are Ibran, Soro, Cara, Tinw, Niquinga, Laluna and Aduchil. The challenge: Create a piece of prose or poetry. Only four will continue on with their journey.
- Melanoriel opens Rivendell's first Word Puzzle. Clues give hints to a word which will fit in a certain place, crossing over another word with a common letter. No doubt this will be exciting to puzzle enthusiasts and the members of the Word Sleuth team.

February 22nd - Cara announces that she is stepping down as Guildmistress of the Writer's Guild for personal reasons. Fir, a Guildhead since the autumn, is offered the position of Guildmistress, which she accepts.
- There is much rejoicing in Rivendell as Laebeth, also known as Lady-Lord Glorfindel, celebrates a marvolous two years on the Plaza as a Rivendell elf. Lae, here's to you and to many more wonderful years!

February 27th - I Gair Veleg, or The Great Ship RPG is opened by Lae. The RPG allows all elves to take part in the exciting activity of shipbuilding, which despite the lack of an ocean near Imladris, the elves are known to be most excellent at.
- ME Idol Challenge three is opened, with Tinw, Soro, Laluna and Cara having advanced to this round. The challenge: design an extension of a city. Only two will continue on to the next round.

February 28th - The Host of Imladris Army RPG is opened. At last there is another RPG open for the Army elves of Imladris. The RPG takes place in army headquarters as army members discuss strategic planning for the next war.

February 29th - Dol Goldur opened anew by Lilu Pereldar. The RPG/Game thread has twenty-five elves who sign up compete in challenges to defeat the Necromancer and make it out of his fortress alive.
