January 1st ~ The SCRs of the New Year are announced! Aduchil becomes Eärendil, Amárië turns into Celebrían, Anárië gets Gildor Inglorion, and VardaElbereth receives Elwing. Congrats to all four of them!

January 5th ~ After leaving us sitting on the edge of our seats at the end of December, Keleos finally announces her co-editor of the Herald – Laebeth!

January 6th ~ Daffy and Doom (aka Eithil and Tinw) start a Scavenger Hunt to test the members' way around the Kingdom Pages. As all scavenger hunts are, this one proves to be pure evil! *g*

January 7th ~ Elei e-Dannen: Dreams of the Fallen, a month-long RPG is started by Tinw.

January 9th ~ Rilómë and Roo (or Meltintalle) open up an interesting thread – Elrond's Secret Garden . If you want ultimate privacy, here's where you'll get it!

January 13th ~ Pathael and Gala become the new co-captains of Rivvy's Racing Team, succeeding Eithil and Feanor Elf. Congratulations!

January 13th ~ Loriwaynen is also chosen to become the Lady of the Newbies after Tas, and shall bear the important task of leading lost newbies to the path of Plaza-enlightenment.

January 15th ~ A sequel to the Return of the Junk, "Matters Most Fowl" opens with Elrond and Glorfindel being left with two strange-looking birds (later known as emus) by the Valar. Be on the look out for chaos!

January 17th ~ Surprise, surprise. While Tinw is away, the Eithil comes out to play – changing the ranks of Imladris with the addition of changing a few Elves into furry-footed Hobbits!

January 17th ~ Firerose starts a thread to vote for the Best of Imladris (RPG posts, humourous posts, etc…).

January 23rd ~ Tinw and Eithil introduce a revamped new and shiny-looking Elven Portraits Kingdom Pages.

January 26th ~ Conundrums of Arda, the riddle thread returns under the care of Eithon and Aduchil, the new gamerunners of the thread.

January 31st ~ Laebeth announces the much-anticipated Fall of Nargothrond RPG, which is now open for sign-ups! (Note that only members of the Host of Imladris may play warriors, while all are welcome to play women and children.)
