January 2nd ~ NP is opened, mass panic fortunately does not sweep the elven ranks due to the calm guiding hands of Lori letting us know what is happening.

January 2nd ~ Two elves were gifted with a special honor this day as the first SCR’s of the new year were handed out. Fuin Elda received Elwing and Aikanar received Erestor.

January 5th ~ The Artist of the month for December was announced, congratulations to Tinessael, who won the theme ‘The Spirit of Winter’

January 5th ~ The Abad Nestad is reopened so that people can help restore the once great House of Healing.

January 6th ~ In a most frightening display the Chamber of Audience is over run by mice. Well two of them at least from a strange world.

January 8th ~ The Imladris Cheetahs stretch their legs with a practice race starting race in preparation for the upcoming season.

January 9th ~ A Junior drill match between Imladris and Mordor comes to a close with the teams tied! Congratulations to all the participants.

January 15th ~ Weny reopens the RP Training area for all of Imladris’ new residents, and some of the older ones too!

January 17th ~ The Herald is on the look out, or more importantly Keleos is on the look out for a new co-editor of the Last Homely Herald.

January 17th ~ The December Herald arrives for all to read!

January 21th ~ The first official race of the new IK season comes to a close with Valinor narrowly defeating Imladris and Galadriel of Valinor winning with her emu Garda.

January 22nd ~ The Bard and Writers Guild announces that Tinw has agreed to become an ambassador on the plaza and will join Idril and Galan as one of the Guild advisors.

January 28th ~ A sign that the House of Healing is nearly healed, a class to become an Aphador has posted it’s signups.

January 29th ~ The second week of racing comes to a close with Imladris defeating the dwarves and their badgers with Ronaya and Vural taking the individual win.
