
June 1st ~ This month, the Elves of Rivendell are summoned by Lords Elrond and Glorfindel to honour three special elves for their contributions to the valley - Ailaya (Celebrían), Cumehtar (Gilgalad) and Galen (Erestor).
June 3rd ~ Invitations are sent to every Elf in Imladris, announcing that a Crimson Starlight Ball is to be hosted by Weny, and that all are invited! Preparations begin immediately, and excitement builds as the elves await The Big Day.
June 7th ~ In an attempt to restore some damaged scrolls to their (almost) original condition, the operation code-named Mad Baggins Libs is begun, calling upon all learned elves to supply possible words to fit the blanks in the texts...which made for some rather interesting and amusing results!
June 7th ~ Eragorn announces that six assassins are loose in the Valley, and calls for help to try and unmask them...eventually Rinerion, Istya and Eithil are arrested, while Indis, Lauzicles and Alcalata manage to escape justice and flee Imladris!
June 10th ~ Eärrámë and Indis are declared the winners of the second Amarth in-Edhil game by one gem - congratulations to them both!
June 11th ~ The bells chime out across the whole of Imladris, announcing that Bangad Imladris, the Rivendell Market, has returned and is open for business once more.
June 14th ~ Emyla and Daesil lead the elves of Imladris in a merry hunt with their Scavenger Hunt of Silver Shadows, having hidden clues and riddles throughout the Last Homely House for the others to find and try to solve. At the time of writing, the final answer continued to elude all participants!
June 28th ~ The Rivendell Cheetah Race is concluded, with the final results showing Rinerion with Lion in first, Avi with Crimbo in second, and Arwil with Mr Snuffles Willington and Ness with Melavoin in third - well done to them and everyone else who took part!
June 29th ~ The results of the latest Bards and Writers Guild competition, Whatever Happened to the Fox are announced, with Mireya of Gondor in third, Ailaya in second, and Janowyn receiving first place. Fëanáro also received an honourable mention for having made the judges laugh so much!
