Where'd this Idea come from?

Please read these guidelines before starting an Open Forest Thread in Fangorn.

Any member of Fangorn; with more than 30 days on the plaza & 500 points can open any thread they like in Fangorn,
within the following constrictions:

1. No More than one "OF" Thread per person at a time
2. Only 7 OF Threads can be opened in total per week
3. Threads will run for a fortnight only - extensions at the Rulers discretion.
4. The Rulers retain the right to terminate or move any thread which is better suited for either OOME or the rubbish bin *g*.
5. This will also serve as a testing ground for all permanent ideas. Before you email the rulers (or post in the Moot), try it out under the "Open Forest" scheme.... you’ll have something to show us then when you apply!

Procedure for starting a OF Thread

When opening an Open Forest thread please create the thread title like this.

"Do You Dare To Enter? [OF]"
Don't forget if it's an IC thread to add the little IC bullet at the start of your thread title;

" • Dashing through the Rainbows [OF]"

General Notes:

• This replaces both the Open RPG and the Games Rotation schemes, therefore all future instances of the current games threads (DYDTE, LL, Thief Hunt & Riddles) come under this scheme, but are "reserved" for their current thread heads. (See below to see who they are!)

• Non-Kingdom Residents may open threads under the OF scheme however please ask first by either email (fangorn@lotrplaza.com), by PM to one of the Rulers or in the Entmoot
