Each of the Middle-earth Powers has two Unique Positions that can be considered as the rulers, or the King and Queen of that Power. Members who receive these positions are honoured as head of their Power and get Administrative Powers over their own Forum, members and the Webpage of their Power. All members that belong to their Power automatically become their subjects. The Rulers of each Power can distribute fanatic points to their subjects as they see fit and can thus help their people.
