The characters in Minas Tirith
The story of Nienna - The healer.

By Jonathon Earl Bowser
bout my birth and youth there isn’t much to say, or I don’t like to do so, so no further words to that!
My mother and father found me on the riverbanks of the great Anduin, when I was 10 years old. They said that I was gathering pebbles out there and picking
flowers and was looking quite content and happy!
They adopted me, after finding no reference to my former life and as I didn’t speak a word for months they never found out about my origin! The only thing they
discovered with my clothes was a little note in a strange and ancient tongue, which said:
dreiPfundMöhreneinLiterMilchvierÄpfelZimtZuckerMehlBackpulver
No one was able to translate that into proper Westron or Adunaic, so this riddle never had been solved!
y adoptive parents took me to their wonderful home at the foothills of Min Rimmon in fair Anórien where they lived in a small but cosy cottage!
After their death I went to Minas Tirith to become a healer, because I always wanted to help the ill and demented, and here I am!
I learned the lessons of life and of healing.

For quite some time I lived on Cair Andros, where the King owns a little cottage for his private amusement,
and I spent a wonderful time on that rock! But more and more I got involved in daily life of MT and the Houses of Healing became more important to me!
With a heavy heart I had to move to the city, and now I’m living next to the HoH quite comfortably!
And you may ask yourself, what is all that talking about that hideous dwarven creature! Well, I bought him from and slave trader in Linhir. I felt sorry for him
looking so lost and malnourished. He followed me to Cair Andros and from there to MT, and became the most loyal and grateful servant I ever could
imagine of!
That’s brief, isn’t it, and it’s the truth!
am blessed to live in Minas Tirith and I’m blessed with a wonderful life full of true friendship and love! Oh yes, and love! Well, I don’t want to go in greater
detail with that, but I’m blessed! I will stay in Minas Tirith as long as my work requires that, and one day, when I’ll retire I will go back to Cair Andros, to live
with my flowers and my true love, and I don’t mean that dwarf!
Damn, I already returned the cottage-keys to Aragorn….
