We have ATRs to honor those who work to make the plaza a better place. We have modships to honor those in our lore fora. We have SCRs to honor those in Isengard who go above and beyond the call of duty. But what do you give to the Istar whose dedication to Isengard has earned him/her an SCR on more than one occasion, whose dedication continues whether recognized or not? Many come to Isengard, some show dedication, and a few others show devotion, an allegiance, a whole hearted loyalty. It is these people who will be recognized by receiving Isengard's new honor: the position of Ring-Bearer.

Cirdan, the shipwright, entrusted Gandalf with Narya, one of the three elven Rings of Power which were forged without the taint of Sauron upon them. And now Gandalf will pass on this responsibility, entrusting Narya to hands other than his own.

One person will receive this honor, and will keep Narya for a period of no less than two months, barring any unexpected need by the person to entrust Narya to another's safe keeping. During this time, the Ring-Bearer will be afforded the rights and responsibilities suited to the honor and the burden.

Explanation of Rights and Privileges The Ring Bearers of Isengard are the best of the best. They are the lifeblood of Isengard and the plaza.
