In April 2004 the characters from Lord of the Rings came to life! Special Character Ranks were implemented, and members gained the chance to role play with an icon! To read about these special ranks go here.

Ranks are kept by a member for a month.

Legolas is shared between Rivendell and Lothlorien. He was first awarded in Lothlorien on the 9th of July 2004. From April 2006, he becomes an elf of Lothlorien for the purposes of SCRs.

April 2006 also saw the first appearance of some new faces for SCRs. It was at this time that Amroth, Dínendal, Pengedhel and Anendel made their forays into the Golden Wood.

Also awarded at different times have been Admin Tribute Ranks. These have been awarded to people by the Admins beginning in August 2004. To read about these tribute ranks go here.
