A tree in Mordor has now been named. The "Beach" tree is a black tree found on the shores of lake Nurnen. This tree is believed to be harmless, but the experts never take the chance. It IS Mordor after all.

The Beach is a tree that has no apparent function to the ecosystem, but the aforesaid experts say that, if the tree were transplanted, it would soon take over all other tree types in Mordor. As there are no other trees in and around lake Nurnen, it would appear that their assumption is correct. However, despite this flaw, the plant appears to be, in all other ways, completely inert. It being one of the few trees in Mordor, in fact the only known species of tree, it is rapidly becoming a vacationers' and picnickers' paradise.

In a related story the "Save our Tree" foundation is getting a lot of support from citizens of Mordor. But some minions are starting to question their motives, saying "Save them from WHAT?" We have not recieved an answer as of yet.
