The Robee

This Blood-Red stone is highly prized in Mordor, not just because of its exquisite color,
but because of its rarity, but because to gain one you will more than likely have to steal
it, or murder its owner: right up any minion’s alley.
The average-sized Robee is no larger than an orc’s fang. Any size larger than this is
rare, and is guaranteed to have seen approximately three to four murders and twenty
robberies. The Robees are only found in the extreme west of Mordor, making it difficult
for anyone to mine them. They are usually found between twenty and one hundred feet deep
in the ground and are very rarely found above the surface.
They are one of the hardest of all minerals, rating at a nine out of a possible ten. Their
use in industry has been great, due to this hardness. Robees with too many faults in them
are practically worthless and are therefore used mainly to cut rocks for appliances,
houses and much more. And it has been recently found that in the Dark Lord's personal
Torture Chamber, he has several Robee tipped instruments, of which the pain factor can
only be imagined.
We have tried to interview Robee miners to discover the best way to mine Robees, but we
could find none. This, we can only surmise, is one of the untold tales of the Robees'
gruesome legacy.
In a related report, the Miners of Mordor are filing for bankruptcy, the reason of which
has not been released as of yet...
