Behaviour Patterns of the Wainrider

Hussite Wars: Wagon-Fort, 1437

Here is yet another helpful hint from your denizen of Mordor, Grishnak. Unofficial, self- proclaimed expert on the wildlife in Mordor. Today, we examine the Wainriders.

First of all, they are the only human inhabitants in Mordor. And as such, they are the chosen cavalry of this kingdom's army. They can be found charging across the flats of the Plateau of Gorgoroth and the lands of Nurn.

Secondly, because they are human, you may be tempted to approach a group of them, and ask directions, or seek their council on the most popular tourist sites. You will figure: they like horses, how bad can they be? This would be a mistake! Do not be fooled. Their hearts are as black as any orc's! And their horses are not like those found in other kingdoms. These horses have the personality of a cave troll. They would trample you into the ground as soon as look at you. So, altogether the Wainrider and his horse are not good vacation friends to make. Please take care to avoid them should you be caught in the middle of a large plain, and a cloud of dust is rapidly approaching.
