These wolf like creatures are infact spirits that are trapped in the bodies of our everyday Warg (Canine Magnificus Predator), these spirits are supposed to be of the warriors, both mortal and immortal, follower of the Darkness and Light, who perished during what the elves called Batlle of Unnumbered tears. The spirits were enslaved by the then lord of the wolves, Sauron. Ever since, a fallen warrior in a vicious battle will not leave the battlefield, his spirit will linger, anguished by his loss and the knowledge that he was unable to contribute to his cause. The number of these spirits is few, and they grow slowly, as not many warriors linger, but they are substantial, and with a few exceptions, they all serve The Dark Lord.

Werewolves are strange creatures, they require no food or drink, it is as if the very soul of the warrior feeds them, their only thoughts being of revenge and of the death of their enemies. Werewolves have been known to hold grudges for hundreds of years, and they do not spare even the kin of the enemy, even though the enemy be dead.

It is a general misconception that werewolves can change form, werewolves do not change form at all. It has been found that at some nights, the souls of the warriors temporarily leave the body of the wolf, and those who witness this act have seldom reported it correctly, instead reporting that before their very eyes, the wolf changed into a man, or vice versa.

The average werewolf is just like a Warg, with one major difference, the colour. Wargs are generally brownish black,very few of them, mostly chieftains, having other colours. But werewolves are different, their colour depending on the race that fuels them, Orcs are brow, Elves are white, Men are Black, and other races are mostly grey.

Regardless of whichever side they serve, most werewolves prefer not to fight in open battles, infact, the Black Werewolf (Canine Magnificus Predator Predator Omega), a highly reclusive creature, does not come out to battle at all! It must be pointed out that these are mostly borne out of the spirits of Men who serve the Elves. These are peculier in not only their colour, being totally black, but in their method of warfare. They come out only after the last warriors of their lands have fled, and they care not for injuries suffered, relentlessly attacking all enemies untill they fall, one by one. They raid by night, though they prefer to move by day.
