Whip -  Lulani
Responsible for order within the government forum. This neutral figure oversees the house and calls members to task for being: a) Out of order, or b) Talking rubbish (see a), or c) I don’t need a C because A and B rock! The Whip is the only Minion who may open new threads

Government:
The government will be made up of four key positions:

Prime Minion - Raven
This is the leader of the army and government. Chosen by the populous, their role is to lead the armies of Mordor during war times and lead the government during peace times. Answerable to every member of the house during Prime Minions questions (see Prime Minions Question) otherwise, only answers to: a) the Whip, or b) the Rulers of Mordor. This is the highest seat of power in Mordor other than ruler.

Deputy Prime Minion - Urkag
The Prime Minions lackey most of the time! Appointed by the PM, their role is as the PM sets. Will take over the government and/or army if: a) The PM is absent for a long period of time, b) The PM is killed during a war, or c) The PM is killed by the Rulers!

Scrawler - Dark Snogoon
Appointed by the Prime Minion. Duties are to catalogue pretty much everything. Almost a walking, talking library, this position is key to a governments success. Must be able to find documentary evidence to back up claims or refute them almost instantly, write speeches and bills for the PM and House of Lords respectively. Possibly not a role for a Cave Troll.

Foreign Minion -  Arinion
Our ambassador to the nations of Middle Earth. To extol tribute and plunder from the other nations, negotiate terms for peace and present our claims in the Throne Rooms of the others nations.

I was going to have a treasurer. I decided it wasn’t really applicable to our situation though.

The Rest of the Party -

May present idea’s, complaints, etc. At no time is it compulsory that a member of the Party has to agree with it’s co-members. In fact, the opposite is often the case.

Is made up of the same positions, with the prefix of “Shadow”. The Shadow Government is the party that came second in the election. All positions, other than that of Shadow Prime Minion (Sepheroth), are chosen by the SPM, who is the candidate that stood for election. The rest of the Party each have a voice and may speak whenever they feel it necessary to do so.

The Back Stabbers:
Are made up of the party that came third/last in the election. No positions.

The party elections will be held in the House of each party. Each member has the right to either: a) Nominate themselves, or b) Nominate another member of their party for election. A vote will be cast in the houses, each member will vote once only. The member with the highest vote will become the candidate for the main election.
