Real Life:
At the time of typing I am 19, born on the 8th of December 1986 in Freedom Fields hospital Plymouth, England. I moved to Wales at the age of three, then back to Plymouth at the age of eight, then to Ellesmere Port aged fourteen. For most of my life I've been an insatiable reader of anything fantasy, but only fairly recently did I pick up a copy of 'The Lord Of The Rings'. By halfway through FotR I was hooked. Since then I've seen all of the films, read the books twice more and found myself totally and inescapably bewitched by the Rohirrim. There's something about their whole society that makes them my favourite fantasy people ever. But I digress. Shortly after Halloween the Plaza was recommended to me by my aunt, I jumped in with both feet, but lost interest due to RL and didn't really get back into the swing of things until early Februaury, something I truly regret. Since then I've been an active and (I hope) positive contributor to the Plaza, although I have yet to become one of the big players in the Kingdom. Ah well, patience, grasshoppa..
Plaza Life:
For those who would know me, my name is Mortull, my father was Larsull and my mother was Celoga. I was born almost literally in a barn, in a small village at the westernmost edges of the Mark. I am a tall man in my early twenties, and am noticeable for my dark brown hair and eyes, unusual in a Rohir. This is due to my mother's mother, who was born across the border. Also my nose was broken and never set properly. I spent most of my early life in the village where I was born playing with my elder brothers and enjoying the fruits of my father's horse-breeding business. When my father died a few years ago I left the village with the mare my father gave me and moved to Edoras where I live to this day. I am now a reporter for the Raedboda and intend to join the cavalry also (just as soon as I'm sure of myself), although I spend most of my time drifting around Middle-Earth meeting with friends and interfering with their lives. I like to think that I am a personable character, and am quite happy to talk to new people, so if you spot me with my long, swinging walk and my old leather cloak don't be afraid to say hi! Recently I have been trying to integrate myself with the important people in Rohan by getting involved in as much constructive activity as I can, and to my knowledge I've been fairly successful so far... here's hoping I will succeed in making myself a part of the established order. Well, that's about it, see you around!
