Vanaalphien was born in a small village on the outskirts of Rohan, she learnt sword-fighting and archery at an early age of 7,but she was never allowed to use it because she was a girl and never was allowed to ride off into war or hunts. But one day, her village was attacked by orcs killing her family and friends. A few escaped from the village and travelled to Rohan along with her. She found a man who was skilled in the arts of fighting and healing so she stayed with him until she was 17, he then had to leave to carry out a misson but never returned. Vanaalphiel was determined to find the person who brought her up in her time of need and always felt that he was still alive, so taking her bow and sword that she had been given, she rode out of Meduseld and lived in the wilderness for 3 years, never giving up in trying to find her long lost foster father. Vanaalphien never found him, but learnt a great lot on her travels, she visted the elves and Minas Tirith, and found out about the different races lores, ways, weapons,fighting styles and lands. She then returned to Rohan to try and piece back her life. Vanaalphien has long dark brown hair, with equally dark brown eyes, which show the look of a hard life style, she is very drawnback, and hardly ever makes friends with people in case of losing them like the other people in her short life. She rides a magnificant black horse with a white star on his forehead. |
