Early in the morning of August 21, 1987, after 14 hours of painful labor, a woman brought forth into the world a man the likes had never seen before. He would rise to become one of the most dashing, bright and well, sexy people in the history of the universe. He would become one of the most successful people in his field, paving the way to world peace. But that's not me....yet. My real name is Erik, after Erik the Red. He was a Viking, in case you didn't know. I grew up on the west side of Michigan, in a beach city called Grand Haven. I have lived in the same house all of my life, and have never moved out of my comfort zone. (That is, in front of a computer). I have been in a multitude of sports while living here, none of which I have been good at, except for Lacrosse. Yes, I sucked at every sport I played, until I found something that you didn't have to be a certain height or have muscles, both of which I lacked. I have been 3 years on the Varsity with 1 year as the JV Captain. While many believe I am a kind of a jock, my nerdiness overrules all. I have been in the band since 7th grade, and I love music. I like playing video games, computer games, and also a little thing called The Lord of the Rings. I came upon the series when the FOTR was being discussed on T.V. I fell in love with it, and have never looked back. I am a senior in High School at 18 years of age, and plan on going to Ferris State University in the fall to major in Pharmacy. |

I guess I'm the 'Newbie' of the bunch, having only found the plaza in January. I had been trying to find a neat LoTR Desktop theme for my computer, when I chanced to come upon it. I have always loved Rohan, so The Riddermark was the obvious choice for me. Most people in the forums know me as Tiberion, and I have used the name since my days of Diablo and Starcraft. I have felt really at home here, since I found a place where I can RP and just talk about one of my passions. It has been a rewarding experience in the short time I've been here, and I'm sure that it is just the beginning of a mutual friendship. |
